Manasadhara is MTCH’s specialized day care centre for rehabilitated persons with mental illness and their caregivers. The program provides a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment where participants can learn practical life skills and vocational abilities that enhance independence and reintegration.
Key activities include tailoring, basic computer literacy, candle making, paper bag production, crafts, and other livelihood-oriented skills. The centre also provides psychosocial support, daily routine management, recreational activities, and confidence-building exercises.
Manasadhara serves as a bridge between treatment and community reintegration, helping families manage long-term mental health needs while enabling beneficiaries to lead meaningful and productive lives.
So far we have served 39 PwMIs through occupational therapy and skill courses.
