Mother Theresa Charitable Hospital Trust (MTCHT) integrates the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles across its hospital services, community outreach, and institutional governance. Our programs deliver verifiable health outcomes, strengthen rural public health systems, and promote long-term sustainability in underserved regions of North Karnataka.

SDG 3 – Good Health & Well-Being
Affordable preventive, curative, rehabilitative, and home-based healthcare through hospital services and community programs including TB nutrition support (PAUSTIK), cancer awareness and early detection (SPARSHA), cataract surgeries (Effata), mental health rehabilitation, de-addiction, and disability care.
SDG 4 – Quality Education
Certified skill training for aid nurses, caregivers, and rehabilitated persons with mental illness, strengthening grassroots healthcare delivery and improving employability.
SDG 5 – Gender Equality
Equitable access to healthcare and skill development for women and girls from rural and marginalized communities.
