“Learn, Serve, Heal.”
Healthcare is only as strong as the people who deliver it. Rural and underserved areas face an acute shortage of trained professionals, limiting access to quality care. To address this, the Trust conducts Nursing Aid Training, Yoga Training, and other health-related skill development programs. These initiatives prepare value based and ethically sound youth and community members equipping them with practical, certified skills that not only open up livelihood opportunities but also ensures the healthcare delivered with integrity. By stressing moral principles alongside technical competence, the Trust forms a generation of caregivers who serve with both professional excellence and ethical commitment.
This thematic fulfills the objective of preparing trained professionals for holistic health and promoting a culture of service rooted in love and compassion. By investing in human capital, the Trust builds sustainable solutions that extend far beyond its own reach—creating a new generation of compassionate caregivers who can serve, support, and heal their own communities.
Recently Mother Theresa Charitable Hospital Trust, Kalaburagi has registered with National Skill Development Corporation, New Delhi with the aim of providing certified Paramedical courses along with yoga etc.
